The wish of the CCAS Marseille was to upscale this action and monitor seniors throughout the year. This system has been set up to meet various prevention objectives: preventing climate risks; preventing the isolation of the elderly, and thus maintaining a social link; preventing vulnerability, and thus identifying social difficulties; preventing dependence by identifying home support needs. This operation is implemented throughout the year, it consists of monitoring by telephone and at home, supplemented by collective actions of information and awareness.
