The obtective of the project is to support formal (and informal) caregivers to help elderly with risk of social isolation.
Recognition of internal and external powers through detection of:
- talents and interests;
- social network working on empowerment and self-control of the elderly.
Several professionals are involved: centre for general welfare work (social workers), home Care Support, occupational therapists, moral consultants, day care workers, care givers in neighbourhood centres.
