The lectorate contributes to the development and further professionalisation of (vocational) education and social care and the transitions taking place there. The connection between research and education within the Master's in Human and Organisational Behaviour occupies an important place. The research also ties in with several other projects of the Research Centre Urban Talent and contributes to the renewal of the study programmes of the School of Social Work.
