This study is oriented towards a specific target group: people who acquire a disability during their working life.

By assessing career trajectories from the perspective of people with a chronic disability and tailoring approaches to a life course, deeper insight can be gained into unexplored factors. The results will be made available for practical implementation, for which the form depends on the results, examples being a storybook and/or encouragement towards a new method of intervention. Students also learn to reflect on the way in which the image of people with a disability and the relationship with (labour) participation is built.
