    Intended results

Elderly people, lecturers and professionals develop a curriculum for dementia that can be incorporated into a regular course, but also offered separately as interprofessional education. Components include webinars, workshops and inspiring debates. The researchers and students design an innovative approach to implementing practical assignments in education that guarantees that the elderly, students and professionals can collaborate in the areas of housing, well-being and health care. The researchers develop an assignment for students to establish their own student organisation regarding housing, care and well-being for people with dementia and their caregivers. The elderly play a role in the needs analysis, design and implementation of the education and in the evaluation of the practical assignments.
