About
Nilesh Anand obtained his PhD at TU Delft on the theme of urban logistics. He has mainly worked as a teacher and researcher, but also has experience as a production engineer and software developer.
He uses qualitative and quantitative methods along with simulation modelling, statistical analysis among others. He is a lecturer at the Rotterdam Business School of Masters in International Supply chain management program.
Nilesh is responsible for the Operations and Maritime management course, and also acts as thesis examiner. Nilesh also works as researcher in HRTech (Knowledge center). His research area includes city logistics and (synchro) intermodal transportation.
