    Dr Biljana Pesalj

    Leading Lecturer

    Dr Biljana Pesalj has international experience in teaching, educational development, acquisition of grants and research. In her research Biljana focuses on the roles of performance measurement and management control systems in designing and implementing strategies, as well as measuring, reporting and improving business sustainability performance. Her publications include conference papers, journal articles, case studies, book chapters and textbooks.

    Dr Biljana Pesalj has international experience in teaching, educational development, acquisition of grants and research. Her publications include conference papers, journal articles, case studies, book chapters and textbooks. 


    Biljana serves as a reviewer for a number of leading international journals and participates in the developing of a new master profile in sustainability transitions on a national level. 


    Biljana is leading the Active Collaborative Transition (ACT) Living Lab, that together with multiple stakeholders and partners, is focusing on the application of innovative methodologies and tools to generate basis for informed decision making and acting upon urgent sustainability issues, such as climate change.
