I am a former professional athlete and private sector executive with +20 years of experience in different roles ranging from customer-facing problem-solving in financial services to advising and managing companywide strategic projects in CRM, digital product management, and learning & development projects targeted at entrepreneurs and sales teams.
I am also experienced in developing people's hard/soft skills by designing and delivering learning & development programmes while offering solid data driven and actionable advice to organisations through application of research, change, governance and stakeholder’s management methods.
Currently I am consulting and facilitating across the world and managing active based learning and development programmes such as the Living Lab - an innovative acceleration training platform focused on people’s capabilities building in project management, problem-resolution, operationalized by assignment of multidisciplinary internationally diverse teams into actual real-life consulting assignments with +20 international enterprises across sectors.
