My main focus is support to translating strategic aims to implementing operational solutions. As supply chain influences a multitude of processes in and around companies I have experience in a variety of businesses, specializing in warehousing, inventory management, transport and distribution.
Aligning processes, organization and IT and managing logistics departments, I have realized multiple creative solutions and efficient organizations at manufacturers, traders, and third-party logistics. Working on the edge of good flows and information flows I have extensive experience with managing and improving organizations, and information technology.
