    Welcome to EFLE Rotterdam 2018!

    The European Forum of Logistics Education (EFLE) is an international platform where Educators of Bachelor programs in Logistics Management and Logistics Engineering work together.     Rotterdam has many beautifull places to stay. We are pleased to offer you two special promotions for the congress: 

    Option 1 (this offer has expired)

    The Bilderberg Parkhotel

    We have made special arrangements with this hotel. We have been offered the following prices:

    • Regular single room (15m2) € 85,-
    • Regular room for single use (25m2) € 95,-
    • Regular room for double use (25m2) €117,50

    The above mentioned rate is per room, per night.
    Inclusive of 6% VAT and including breakfast , however excluding 4,5% city tax and service charge of € 2,20 per person per night.

    This offer has expired; you cannot make use of this special arrangement any longer.

    Option 2

    The Thon Hotel 

    20 rooms have been blocked. We have been offered the following prices:

    • Regular single room € 109,-
    • Regular room for double use €119,-

    The above mentioned rate is per room, per night and includes breakfast.
    Excluding 4,5% city tax.

    Reservations can be made directly at the Thon hotel by e-mailing to reservations@thonhotels.nl with a reference to EFLE congress. Please submit your date of arrival/departure, name, and credit card details as a guarantee.

    Rooms are held in reservation until the 25th of September.

    Option 3

    After the above deadlines you will have to rely on your own initiative to make hotel reservations. The following hotels are close to the city center and to where all the EFLE action takes place:

    And of course you can still try to check in at the Bilderberg Hotel, because they will probably still have vacancies, even though they no longer hold rooms in reservation.
