Dear (prospective) student,

Unfortunately, Team Front Office of the Student Service Center (SSC) is currently dealing with unforeseen understaffing. We are therefore not available by chat. Also, the waiting time on the phone is longer than we would like.

Do you have a question for us about your enrolment or de-enrolment and/or payment of tuition fee? We advise you to do the following:

  •  Do you want to know the status of your enrolment request? Check your personal page: my.rotterdamuas.com
  • Ask your question via our contact form. We expect to be able to answer all questions within 5 working days. Documents submitted online are collected daily for the other SSC teams to process
  • Do you need a certified copy of your previous education? Make an appointment via our contact form. Appointments are scheduled within 1 business day.
