The email with login details for our IT-system Osiris will be sent by our Student Service Center within 2 weeks after receiving your acceptance letter. They are responsible for the registrations at our university. Please make sure to check your spam folder as well. Please note that your Osiris login details are different from the login credentials you created for Mobility Online.
EU Nationality? You need to upload a valid EU identity card or EU passport before January 1st, 2026. Non-EU Nationality? You need to upload a valid Non-EU passport and visa application documents before December 1st, 2025.
Enrolment and the visa application process cannot be finalised without these uploads. Therefore, we recommend you to complete this information in Osiris as soon as possible.
You can find the exact start- and end date of your programme in the email and the letter we sent you to inform you about your official acceptance.
Students who have been nominated for two semesters (Spring 2026 + Fall 2026) and will stay here for an entire academic year: please use 31.01.2027 as your end date.
The date you see in the general overview is the official start- and end date of the academic year. Behind the scenes, the dates you filled in are still visible for us.
It is possible that you see the name “Exchange programme International Business” instead of the business exchange programme you have been accepted for. Please know that this is correct as multiple exchange programmes that are offered by Rotterdam Business School have the same name in Osiris.
