    Entrepreneurship & Retail Management

The Entrepreneurship & Retail Management programme teaches students how to start their own business or how to be entrepreneurial within a company. The programme challenges students to come up with new ideas and to develop them through short, varied and practical blocks.

In the first, third year and fourth year, students carry out an internship within a start-up, scale-up or established company.

The design of the programme gives students a lot of responsibility, guiding them on how to take the lead in an organisation and to become an entrepreneur. Committed teachers and coaches are ready to guide them. By the end of the programme, students will have launched their own company and will have developed the skills to be a full-fledged entrepreneur or intrapreneur.

    Managing New Retail

The world of retail is always changing. In the Managing New Retail (MNR) community of the Entrepreneurship & Retail Management programme, students learn how retail works, what the future of shopping looks like and how they can really make a difference to the industry.

Students of this programme dive almost immediately into practice. After a gamified introduction into the retail industry and its current challenges, students step onto the shop floor and carry out a two-days-per-week internship. At the same time, they work on practical assignments and discover the theory behind challenges during their internship.

The MNR students think beyond today and develop themselves into professionals who make retail future-proof. They learn about the latest developments within e-commerce and how to integrate technology at head office level into an (online) shopping experience. They gain knowledge about consumer trends, retail strategies and data analysis.

Our students become innovative retail specialists which have the knowledge and skills to determine the right course for a company.
