Open education
Contribute to open education and share your learning materialsThe library supports the aim of the Open Access movement to make educational resources freely accessible online as much as possible. Educational materials include web lectures, open content, open educational resources, open courseware and MOOCs. Would you like to contribute with this yourself? The library will help you on your way.
Open Educational Resources
Open educational resources (OER) are learning materials that are freely available for (re)use. Exchanging learning materials makes it easier to work together, even outside your own organization. You contribute to quality improvement and a wider choice of educational materials for students and teachers. The visibility and findability give recognition for your work. More and more educational institutions are taking part in this.
Share your learning materials
In order to share learning material as an Open Educational Resource, it has to meet a number of conditions:
- It complies with OER copyright rules.
- It is licensed with permission for reuse. Choose a CC license (preferably CC BY).
- The learning material is readable and editable by others. Mind language, form and content.
