Programme Open Day

Saturday 10th November | 10.00hrs - 14.00hrs

During the open day you can can talk to lecturers and students at the different stands to learn about the school and its International Business Profiles:


When you arrive at the campus, please go to the stand of the Centre of International Affairs on the first floor. You will be welcomed by our Student Ambassadors and receive a free lunch-coupon for you* (and 2 extra people) to be used at the campus cafeteria on this day. Throughout the day you can talk to lecturers and students at the different stands to learn about the school and its programmes. If you have any question: the Student Ambassadors at the Centre of International Affairs stand can help you!

Information market

All the study programmes offered at the Kralingse Zoom location and departments have their own stand at the Information Market. Here you can obtain information about all the study programmes and services offered at this location. The information stands of the study programmes of Rotterdam Business School and Commercial Economics department are located in the main hall. The information stands of the programmes of the Financial Management department are located on the first floor. Next to the information market, each study programme will offer several information sessions today. An overview of the information sessions can be found on the first page of the programme.


If you can’t make it to the Open Day, the Student Ambassadors will be live on Facebook to show you the campus. Watch the livestreams on Facebook.

Multi-media library

Textbooks, newspapers, magazines, online databases and CD-ROMs, for inspection or on loan, can be found at the multimedia library. Our colleagues will gladly tell you all about it.


You are welcome to help yourself to coffee and tea in the coffee corners on the ground floor. In our restaurant on the first floor you can buy a sandwich or small snack.

We hope to have helped you make that extra step towards choosing a study programme today. Are you still not sure about your choice or were you unable to visit all the programmes that you were interested in? Then you are most welcome to visit us during our next open day. You are also more than welcome to visit us during a regular weekday. We will arrange for you to join class and meet some of the current students.

Where university stops, RISA takes over! RISA is the Rotterdam International Student Association of the university. Check out their Facebook page.

Free lunch and city tour*

If you register for the Bachelor RBS open Day you will be welcomed by our Student Ambassadors and receive the following for free:

  • Lunch. The lunch will be interactive with a 'Study in Rotterdam' presentation done by the Student Ambassadors sharing their experiences with you.
  • City tour organized by the Student Ambassadors: Get a taste of Rotterdam! 
    After the official part of the Open Day the Student Ambassadors have organized a city-tour for you so you can get a taste and feel of the city. During the tour you will visit the city highlights and you will learn a bit on how it is to be a student in Rotterdam. The city-tour leaves from the Kralingse Zoom campus after the Open Day around 14.30 hrs and takes about 2-3 hours. 
  • A 1 day travel card for traveling during the city-tour for you* and 2 extra people at the start of the tour.

*You have a non-Dutch nationality, with a non-Dutch secondary education diploma, currently living abroad (only available for students who sign up for a programme at Rotterdam Business School - Kralingse Zoom).
