RUAS in numbers

The school has 39,030 students and 3,708 employees. The 15 locations of the school are all located near the east to west metro line of Rotterdam, also known as the Axis of knowledge of the city.

Available education

The study year 2017-2018 consists of the following study programmes:

  • Bachelor study programmes: 65 full-time, 8 dual-track and 33 part-time
  • Master study programmes: 6 full-time, 2 dual-tracks and 11 part-time
  • Associate degree study programmes: 10 full-time, 1 dual-track and 13 part-time

The programmes are organised in 13 institutes. Education and applied research is joined by cooperation with two Centres of Expertise and five research centres. In addition the school has cooperation agreements with ROC Zadkine en Albeda College (Rotterdam Academy) and STC Group (Rotterdam Mainport Institute).
